Scholarships

Mission Statement

The American Graduate School of Education (AGSE) is committed to providing financial support through our scholarship program. AGSE has established a GOAL OF AWARDING 300 SCHOLARSHIPS that will reduce tuition fees to $4,800 or $6,000 respectively. AGSE encourages students to borrow responsibly as they work toward their educational goals.

Scholarship

A scholarship is awarded to help pay the cost of a student’s education. Scholarships are not provided to all students. A limited number of scholarships are available. A student can obtain a scholarship by meeting the scholarship criteria, applying for the scholarship, and becoming the successful recipient. Depending on the number of other applicants, the process can be very competitive. Scholarships do not need to be repaid.

Scholarships can help to lessen a student’s financial burden and allow them to attend AGSE.

Education is at the heart of everything we do. As a leader in higher education, we have a unique opportunity to help students reach their academic goals through an array of scholarship programs.

Institutional scholarships are awarded by AGSE and are made available to prospective and current students. We develop these scholarships by reaching out to our target communities to determine their individual needs. Once we’ve determined their needs, we partner with non-profits and other organizations in their area to provide scholarship opportunities that help alleviate financial obstacles to an education.

Together with these organizations, we determine eligibility criteria and select recipients. These scholarships are funded by the American Graduate School of Education.

Scholarship funds (the aid you receive) are considered part of your financial aid package and will be applied directly to your student account to be used toward tuition, course materials and other applicable fees. Funds will not be released directly to you.
