Sharon Bolster

Dr. Sharon J. Bolster, Executive Vice President, Founder

Department: Curriculum and Assessment Development

Dr. Bolster has been a teacher, principal, and a college professor. She has also served as the Director of Curriculum and Assessment for the Arizona Department of Education. As an Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina, she taught courses in curriculum, assessment, leadership and teacher evaluation. She has also taught for Arizona State University, Arizona State University West, and Northern Arizona University. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Achievements:
• Selected as an External Facilitator by the Arizona Department of Education
• Co-authored several books, including Is Assessment Puzzling You?...Rubric Solutions
• Created a quality assurance plan for the Cisco Networking Academy program

Marilynn Henley

Dr. Marilynn D. Henley, Executive Vice President, Founder

Department: Training and Online Learning

Dr. Henley has been a teacher, principal, special education director, federal programs director, and Assistant Superintendent. She also served as a Deputy Associate Superintendent for the Arizona Department of Education. She has taught courses in curriculum and assessment for Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Arizona State University.

Achievements:
• Received the "Circle of Excellence Award" from Arizona Administrators and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement
• Co-authored several books, including Is Assessment Puzzling You?...Rubric Solutions
• Appointed to the editorial board for the "Journal of School Improvement"
• Selected to serve as an assessor for AASA Administrative Assessment Center

Tim Moman

Tim Moman, Executive Vice President, Founder

Department: Student Affairs

Mr. Moman was CEO of EdgePoint Technology, Inc. where he was responsible for strategy, sales, and business development. He possesses an extensive background in computer hardware, software, e-learning, and the education marketplace. He served as a Senior VP, for a global leader in the publishing, development, and distribution of computer-based training software for IT professionals.

Most notably, Tim spent 14 years with Apple. During his 14 years, he held several management positions, including Vice President of Higher Education and Business Sales, in which he was responsible for directing all sales and support programs in the Apple USA division. In his early career, he worked at Honeywell Information Systems, directing large account programs and strategies.

Tim is on the Board of Directors for Global Arizona e-Learning (GAZEL), has served on the Governor’s Advisory Council for Science and High Technology for the State of Arizona, and the Board of Directors for Highway One. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and completed graduate work in business management at Colorado State University.

Mike Turico

Michael Turico, President, Founder

Department: Technology

Mr. Turico is a software executive with over 30 years experience with firms such as IBM, Motorola, Unicon, Sandbox Entertainment, and most recently EdgePoint Technology, Inc. Mr. Turico led the implementation team for Cisco Learning Institute's software architecture, one of the largest and most scalable electronic learning initiatives in existence. Mike performed networking consulting, system administration, and participated in the design and support of the operations of running the Cisco Networking Academy Program.

Achievements:
• Created "Cyberhunt", the first corporate sponsored Internet game using the World Wide Web protocols.
• Developed the network design that allowed Sandbox, Inc. to become the 10th busiest web site in the world.
