Fall Semester 2011

  • Registration starts July 1, 2011

Spring Semester 2012

  • Registration starts October 1, 2011
  • Registration closes February 4, 2012
  • Semester starts January 29, 2012
  • Semester ends May 19, 2012

Summer Semester 2012

  • Registration starts May 1, 2012
  • Registration closes June 9, 2012
  • Semester starts June 3, 2012
  • Semester ends July 28, 2012

Courses fill quickly so we encourage you to enroll as soon as possible to reserve your spot. All paperwork must be complete and fees paid before starting a course.

The American Graduate School of Education is closed on all U.S. federal and state holidays and on weekends. However, teacher-learners and participants may continue communications with the graduate school personnel via online course forums, e-mail, and fax when the graduate school is closed. General office hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. Online Learning Coaches and professors maintain scheduled hours of availability and are available for online discussion at posted times. Technical assistance is available within twelve hours of any request, Monday through Friday.

The office will be closed on the following observed holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day (December 31 and January 1)
  • President's Day (the third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (the last Monday of May)
  • Independence Day - July 4
  • Labor Day (the first Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday (the fourth Thursday and Friday in November)
  • Christmas Day and the day prior and after (December 24, 25, and 26)
